How is it, that the Department of Justice can just walk in and demand records and spy on FOX News and The AP, then on another day, the Head of the IRS in Cincinnati, sitting in a Congressional Hearing about the targeting of Conservative Groups, just get up and walk out, saying, "I Have Done Nothing Wrong! And I will not answer any questions!"
